Bill’s coaching philosophy was shaped long before he ever stepped into a corporate office. His love of baseball taught him the power of discipline, leadership, and teamwork. His passion for fishing instilled patience, strategy, and focus. These weren’t just hobbies; they were early lessons in how to lead, adapt, and succeed.

For over 20 years, Bill served as a Regional Vice President in financial services, mentoring countless advisors and business leaders. He helped firms scale their operations, grow client bases, develop next-generation talent, and lead with clarity.
